Megan is a strong player having played
softball since the age of 6 and has been on travel teams since 6th grade.
She is known for her "gun" arm and golden glove on defense and strong
hitting and smart base running on offense.
She has been on Varsity softball since
her freshman year, playing every inning starting in her sophomore year.
She was voted an All Marmonte League by
the coaches of the Maromonte League in her sophomore year. This is a
proud achievement in what the L.A. Times has said "is the toughest league in
Southern California in 2003." (6/4/2003)
Her coaches have labeled her as a very
"coachable player" always wanting to learn new skills and to do what is best
for the team. Her peers find her very personable.
